The RP124 is the Delta Seal Plus, a rigid and flexible co-polymer acoustic smoke seal with multiple fins and quick and easy self adhesive installation. The RP124 is located in the protected corners of rebated timber or steel frame doors and is suitable for new and retrofit applications.
Can be used in conjunction with Raven door bottom seals and astragals and threshold plates.

Location: Around rebated frames of single and double butt hinged doors.
Min/Max Gap: 3mm to 5.5mm.

Fixing: Aggressive self adhesive backing tape on both sides of the carrier.

Note: Contact surface must be clean, smooth and if painted, well cured.

Seal: Black co-extruded rigid and flexible flame retardant PVC.

Sizes: 7500mm (Long Double Door Set), 6500mm (Long Single Door Set), 6300mm (Double Door Set), 5200mm (Single Door Set)

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
