ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up Mon-Fri, from 7:00 am-4:00pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY (Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle)
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the Sydney Metro area and the Central Coast. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery - please email sales@doorpac.com.au
Standard order delivery is 2-3 business days, out of stock items will be longer, 7-10 days.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours our preferred shipping partners. Flat rate shipping fee of $?? applies to orders shipping to Sydney Metro and Central Coast addresses. We do not currently deliver outside of Australia.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on order address and weight.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
*No return on special orders (or re-stocking fee applies) and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@doorpac.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
