The MDH-FEM288x series of fire and smoke door magnetic holders have a titanium alloy finish and an elegant appearance. They are usually installed on fire and smoke doors in projects where doors are required to be held in the open position for both pedestrian and general traffic. The devices have to be linked into a fire/smoke alarm system.

When an alarm occurs, power is removed from the devices and the doors are returned to the closed position, preventing the spread of fire and/or smoke to other areas. The devices are fire tested to a rating of 4 hours and are supplied as either 12 or 24Vdc.

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?
Title

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory  located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
