A combined intumescent smoke and fire seal which is heat activated and utilises a pair of silicon fins to achieve a medium temperature smoke seal. It is unobtrusively set into a machined groove (10x6mm) around the perimeter of timber frame or door edges. Dependent on application, fire ratings of one to four hours have been certified by fire door manufacturers using RP76Si intumescent fire and smoke seals.

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?

Title

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory  located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
