  • A concealed, automatic door bottom seal to suit medium temperature smoke and energy door seal applications.
  • RP144Si features twin silicon bulb gaskets and is spring-loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door leaf is opened by a few millimetres.
  • Mounted into the bottom hollow rail of metal doors, the seal is operated automatically by pressure against the door jamb on its adjustable strike block.

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?

Title

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory  located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
