PROMASEAL® Pillows are manufactured from treated cloth filled with a high density, granulated fire seal material. When exposed to fire, the pillows remain in place, thus forming a fire barrier of a solid mass of insulating material.

Between 100 and 130 are usually required per m² of an open area; however, the pillows can be easily placed in many openings where it would be difficult to apply other products or wet systems.

In the case of smaller penetrations, it is often more economical to use the pillows, especially if labour costs are a concern, because the required fire performance can be achieved with the application of just a few pillows.

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory  located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
