The Briton 2300 Series incorporates cam action technology to reduce the resistance encountered when opening fire or smoke barrier doors.


The 2300 series makes opening fire doors much easier, ensuring that the elderly, children, and those with physical disabilities are able to exit the building easily.


In contrast to a conventional rack and pinion door closer, the linear cam action principle is extremely efficient. The initial opening force decreases as the door opens, and the closer retains power and control to close the door afterwards.


The Briton 2300 Series offers easy opening and reliable closing, while meeting accessibility standards. 

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

• Note the push side mount may require an angle mounting bracket if required refer related products

• Extruded aluminium body with cam action technology

• High quality hydraulic fluid with built-in temperature compensation (will operate effectively between -15 to +40 degrees Celcius)

• Separate closing speed and latch action adjustment

• Optional mechanical hold-open available: 80° - 120° angle

What are the delivery times for door hardware orders?
Title

Deliveries into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas will generally be recieved within 48 hours. Deliveries to other Metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart) will take between 3-5 days via courier delivery. Deliveries to Perth will be 5-7 days via courier.

Do you offer a 'Click & Collect' option for my door hardware order?

Yes. Select the 'Pick up' option when placing your order. All collection orders can be picked up from our factory  located at 4 Ainslie Close, Somersby, 2260. Our business hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
